Nuchal fold thickness is 7.3mm in scan

I am 19 weeks pregnant.I did an anomaly scan, in that NF is 7.3mm, no other soft marker. I have already done NIPT and double marker which is low risk(1:10000).Also in the first trimester NT scan was normal. Please advise further.Is there anything to worry? Is it normal?
