I have got my tiffa scan and in which it shows nuchal fold 4.3 mm is this normal at 19+2 gestation my nt nb was normal and dual marker was also at low risk

At 19 weeks nt value is not relevant.  If dual marker test was normal, nothing to worry.

Nuchal translucency is done in 11-13 weeks to rule out chances of chromosomal abnormality.In 19weeks it is less significant. If NT scan done previously had NT less than 3.5mm no need to worry

Tiffa scan is not the correct time to check the nuchal fold It has to be checked in the level one scan Less than 6 is  normal for this gestational age So ur report is normal
