Nuchal fold 3.5mm nasal bone 3.3 mm

Hi Had my nt scan at 12+1 with nt value of 1.9 and low risk in dual marker. Had early anomaly scan today at 16+1 weeks Nasal bone -3.3 mm Nuchal fold - 3.5mm No abnormalities found in scan. Are these values ok or do we need to further testing , from what I have searched these values are borderline. I am really worried

You can do NIPT . With 99 % senstivity. But the tests that you have done are normal. Anomaly scan should be done at 18-22 weeks. So go ahead with that as well .

You can further do a TIFFA scan and NIPT to rule any abnormality futher.NIPT is 99% reliable

These tests are done to rule out genetic test. These are not fullproof. If you are worried you can opt for NIPT test with microarray. And for 100% assurity amniocentesis with its 1% risk of abortion.
