Nt scan procedure

Mam I am 12 weeks pregnant from LMP and 8 weeks from missed period so  can I take my NT scan externally.or is it by TVs pls help me through this can I get accurate results with transabdominal scan. Thank U for answers

U can get NT test as you are 12 weeks. Sometimes TVS is needed, clarity of abdominal scan depends on abdominal fat also.
