Nt gaining weight nd fat

My baby is 3 months old and 5 kg knw she is drinking lactongen on doc suggestn including breast milk which wasn't sufficent for her before formula started. Her birth weight was 3.25kg.

Weight is ok. Try to give breast milk only or maximum breast milk and less formula. Contact a lactation consultant.
