After a workout I always feel stressed, tensed and get  panic attacks sometimes. I lost 6 kg of weight in the last 5 months. Please help me I guess I am depressed. It's for adrenaline rush or something else I don't know but I want to be normal like before

If  exercise is not helping with your insomnia, it might be worth exploring relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing exercises before bed. Cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) could also be beneficial, so consider seeking out a therapist who specializes in this area. Additionally, limiting screen time before bed and creating a calming bedtime routine may help improve your sleep quality. If these strategies don't work, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and potential treatment options.
