Take high calorie diet.max cereals rice more 150gm,100gm whole wheat, breads ,oat,Dalia,porridge, khicdi, as given quantity. Max protien like dairy products, eggs whole 2 PCs daily,milk 300ml,D.T, sweets,paner, fish, chicken 80g around alternatively. Plant protien soya,some vegetables, pulses etc. Plenty of vegetables, fruits mainly banana, grapes, apple,dry fruits nuts,almond 5g, greens,fibres based foods,some home made foods added with butter,ghee helpful for weight gain.additional done carbohydrate like maize, bazra mix foods may be helpful. Oil safola 40gm for making rice,polao, biriyani. No saturated foods. sleep min 8 hours.all hygiene, cleanliness, fresh water. No stress. Thanks
