I am feeling dizziness with feeling of vomiting in morning . and I am feeling frequent urination by yesterday and a mild pain in my body . My last menses date was 4 Nov and I had an unprotected sex after that.

Hello,due to Urine infection you might have low or high grade fever that may cause you nausea ,for uti consult me online on practo prime.start drink lemon water 3 times a day for 5 days

How were your periods this tym ? As usual ? The symptoms that you have described can b die to infection/ pregnancy/ idiopathic / Gastrointestinal disturbance
