My 9 yrs old son has stomach pain he is not eating anything feel nauseated from last 7 days is it symptoms of food poisoning or anything else

Please tell more about the history of the child i.e. whether the child has eaten something from outside in last couple of days before these symptoms started and also the location of the pain in abdomen. Also, if the child is having loose motions or vomitting with fever or not?
Next Steps
Give the child easily digestible food i.e. khichdi and sufficient hydation shod be maintained. after the above mentioned history, antibiotics could be started.

Don't take antibiotics over the counter.
