I cant turn my neck to the right so I can see over my shoulder but I can bearly see my shoulder the other way

• Hot fomentation x twice daily. • Neck isometrics Exercises. • Neck Stretching. • Postural Correction. • Shoulder Shrugs . • Take frequent Breaks at work • Use cervical pillow. • Use Back Support. • Self Massage the back of neck.
