Thank you for your query. Sleep disturbance can occur due to a lot of factors like stress, alcohol and nicotine, physical health conditions and Mental health conditions like anxiety and depression. Please follow basic sleep hygiene techniques like keeping the room comfortable, no screen time before bed, limiting user of alcohol, nicotine and caffeine and regular exercise and meditation. Please see a psychiatrist in person for a detailed evaluation of you are at still facing problem sleeping.
