Not able to poop

Since past few days i feel full and constipated. I took duphalac and dulcoflex but im still unable to pass poop. I feel the pressure and strain to pass poop but it only comes out till entrance and blocks. It feels too big and hard to pass through. What do i do?

You should go for a morning walk for 2 km every day. Have a glass of water before that. Now that the poop is impacted you may have to use Glycerine suppositories or Dulcolax suppositories. If that doesn't help, the next answer is enema. So morning walk is the easiest.

Please maintain good hydration. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take regular walk or any other physical activity. Till then for few days continue taking Syp.Duphalc every day . Do consult if issue remains unresolved.
