I am a college student. Despite trying too much I am not able to improve my CGPA. I used to be a topper in my school. I want to have 8 pointers. But currently I have 7.9 pointers. I do good in mid terms . But as final exams come I become very nervous and fail to perform well. This is happening with me for last 2-4 semesters. I am doing good in other related areas. But I am very tensed about the pointers.

it seems that you take a lot of stress about your marks which hampers your concentration and reduces the output. You can try working on your stress levels by meditating, scheduling your day , spending time in activities you like and start preparing well before the exams to be able to perform well without much stress.

Hi. Pls visit a psychologist for nervousness and tensions. You must not fear a lot since it will make u go down. Develop your concentration more. Do get counselling. You will well soon. Try to focus keenly rather than getting just marks. Ur interest must be increaaed more.
