Try some muscle gaining exercises Along with that try giving her high protein diet like more of paneer and if u eat eggs give her 2 boiled eggs daily. Give her boiled peanuts in eve time . Hello! Give her high protein diet like Dals(green gram,chick pea etc.) Corn, Protein shake(Nepro drink ). Friuts like mangoes,bananas,avocadoes. Vegetables like potatoes(mashed). Stay blessed. Thankyou
