Difficulty in concentration, multiple thoughts while studying, forgetfulness, and feeling sleepy can happen due to several reasons. Common possibilities include stress/anxiety (especially with exam pressure), poor sleep cycle, burnout, depressive symptoms, or attention-related issues like ADHD. Since you’re preparing for NEET and studying from home, lack of structure and increased mental load can also make these symptoms more noticeable. This is something that usually improves with the right evaluation and treatment, but it’s important to identify the exact cause first. I would strongly recommend consulting a psychiatrist for a proper assessment so that appropriate guidance and treatment can be started.
