First of all you need to do ABC(antecedent-behaviour -consequences) charting of your anger..take a copy make 3 columns ...and everytime you realise that you got angry fill the 3 columns..you can also write down the advantages and disadvantages of getting angry...
Continue it for few weeks..it will improve the awareness of your behaviour and control it...also reward yourself with some favourite thing whenever you successfully stop yourself from getting angry...operant conditioning will help you to train yourself not to get angry...
