Not able to be straight while walking

I am a bit bent from my back while I am standing and walking .It was not the condition earlier now my body has made it natural.Is it because of the pain I feel in the leg sometimes due to disc slippage i have.

1)it's postural tendency correct your posture while sitting, and standing ... While sleeping ..  .take proper semi rigid(not hard or soft) bed for support to spine 2)stand erect while sitting take your weight on both feet keep the both knees in 90 degree ...support your arm on chair arm rest ... 3) take the rest inbetween while prolonged sitting and standing....stretch your back by touching your fingers to....toe.. while keeping knee straight touching figures properly   will gradually improve... 4)if it's pain hot water fomentation...is applied ...if it's spasm ...visit to orthopaedic and do the medicine for muscle relaxation ........ 5)last but not the least a)suryanamskar exercise to strengthen back muscles .... b)Abdominal muscles crunches...20 times each..                                                                                       c)keep the habit of correcting posture in front of full length mirror(dressing table)...
