For patients who got septoplasty at least 5-6 months ago or maybe years ago, in which case should they reach out to an ENT surgeon again if their nose gets hit? Like for severe trauma to the nose or just a mild hit or if only it bleeds? I am asking it because I read that if they reach out to the surgeon within 14 days then they can fix any new deviation caused without a revision septoplasty.
