Nose bone discomfort

I had slight head ache and nose congestion  frm last Saturday I visited ent doc near me.. I am afraid of black fungus because I was covid positive in mid April. Doc said my nose is completely fine not to worry abt black fungus . I had taken doxy and ivermectin during covid.. frm 3 days I had taken montair fx ... I don't have runny nose or anytng.. frm evening my I feel dryness in my nose and bone is paining?? I'm feeling scared again.. no discharge frm nose or anytng..now the  nose pain is like early mrng if v go out for air how the nose feel dry and pain. Same pain I have
