I am 9 weeks pregnant women ! My nose is blocked due to cold! Please suggest me precaution for nose relief?

u cn tk steam inhalation three to four times.. Tab cetrizine 5 mg after food at bedtime for 3 days.. And otrivin nasal drops can be taken..
