I had nose bleed in morning. It has stopped now. My nose is dry. What precaution and medicine should I take

If it has stopped then nothing to worry about it . You can put olive or coconut oil if it's more dry. Please check ur blood pressure to understand if that had caused ur nose bleed

A dry, hot weather tends to dry out nasal membranes and can lead to formation of crusts that bleed when picked.

Nose bleed is not a common thing..  Nasal dryness also one of the cause for bleeding, but increased BP, abnormal blood parameters also one of the cause. Kindly get a nearby hospital checkup.

Do steam inhalation or use nose drop so that your nose is not dry to bleed.
