Nose bleeding is very common in childrens as they use fingers to put in nose and for crust removal.. it causes trauma to nasal mucosa and bleeding.. In most of patients it will subside easily on stopping nailing nose and all those why you alrdy used. If it's not resolving even after all these measures  child needs minor blood tests Endoscopic examination of nose Then cect nose and PNS. Mostly it's due to trauma in 70 % cases. Don't worry madam.
