Hello sir I do not have cough and cold but my both nose get closed when I drop nosofast it gets clear but again after 8-9 hours it gets closed

Don't use nasal decongestant drop for long...it causes rebound congestion..if you have blocked nose for long consult an ENT specialist to rule out any nasal mass. ..
