In young age, occasional nightfall is usually normal. Possible causes may include sexual thoughts or arousal, stress, anxiety, excess porn or masturbation, irregular sleep, poor sleep hygiene, urinary/genital irritation, and excessive fear or focus on semen loss. You should come to our clinic. We will counsel you properly about this problem and guide you regarding lifestyle changes and exercises. If required, we will also advise further investigations

For permanent cure you need to follow HAIP DIET strictly along with HAIP Rebalancing Techniques. Makenhim consume HAIP Super Power Aphrodisiac Rasayana Cheela mentioned in HAIP DIET Cookbook.  This itself is enough.

First, understand this clearly—nightfall (nocturnal emission) is a natural physiological process, not a disease in most cases. Nocturnal emission can happen occasionally due to hormonal activity, dreams, or buildup of semen, and it is considered normal if it happens once in a while. In your brother’s case, recurrence after taking Shilajit or any “fixine medicine” indicates that the root cause is not being addressed. Common causes include: Mental factors like stress, sexual thoughts, anxiety Irregular sleep or late-night screen exposure Constipation or poor digestion Excess heat (Pitta) or aggravated Vata in Ayurveda These factors are well-recognized contributors to repeated episodes. Also, very important point—Shilajit is not always suitable. In some individuals (especially with heat/Pitta dominance), it may actually worsen the problem instead of curing it.
Next Steps
Do not chase a “permanent cure” through random medicines. Nightfall is managed, not magically eliminated overnight. Observe these points: If it happens once in 1–2 weeks, it is normal—no treatment needed If it becomes frequent (2–3 times/week), then structured treatment is required Instead of self-medicating, your brother needs a personalized Ayurvedic plan based on his body constitution, digestion, sleep pattern, and mental state. For proper evaluation and a targeted long-term solution, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5 for professional guidance and management.
Health Tips
Focus more on correcting lifestyle—this gives better results than medicines alone: Ensure early sleep (before 11 PM) and avoid mobile/porn at night Keep stomach light at dinner and avoid spicy, oily, heavy food Maintain regular bowel movement (very important) Do physical activity + yoga (especially pelvic strengthening) Practice mind control—avoid excessive sexual thoughts before sleep. A disciplined routine + correct guidance will give far more stable and lasting results than repeatedly changing supplements.. Thank you

“Nightfall once in a while is normal and not a disease. Sudden recurrence can happen due to stress, weakness, poor sleep or digestion issues. Avoid taking multiple medicines like Shilajit combinations on your own. Permanent relief comes from correcting sleep, diet and nervous system balance, not just medicines. Ayurveda can help, but requires proper evaluation. Please consult me so I can guide the right treatment safely.”
