No weight loss post 5th Day Udwarthanam

2023-12-14 16:32:40
Completed virechanam plus 5th day udwarthanam. 2 more days to go. Only 600 gms weight lost till now even with proper diet. I was told a minimum of 3kg to a macimum of 7-9 kgs weight loss can be expected. Is this normal? When can the results be expected post udwarthanam. Is it instant or after some days of the treatment?

Weight can reduce only and only by yoga and exercise or by gym.
