No symptoms at 9 weeks pregnancy

I am 9 weeks pregnant. And initial I had some headache and leg cramp. But from last two weeks,there is no single symptom. I am very much worried.ultrasound at 8 weeks shows no cardiac activity. What to do.is there hope.yolk sac is seen.crl is 11.2 mm.
