The developmental delay in certain babies are noticed.Though the sequence of eruption of teeth also is affected. The delay is also attributed to many factors from genetic, developmental, metabolic etc., A periodic review with the learned dentist is important to identify the mile stones of growth and development. Sometimes the teeth tends to either be premature or delayed. Anyway not to be worried.
