I had an whole abdomen ultrasound. It says no collection seen in uterine cavity and uterus of normal size. Can you please check the report and tell whether period delay is because of pregnancy or no.

Were your periods regular before? What’s your menstrual cycle like? Are you obese? Are you under any stress?

If you are worried about an unwanted  pregnancy you need to understand that  ultrasound picks up  a pregnancy late you require a pregnancy test a blood test would be confirmatory
