No gestational sac
My periods date is on 4th May... but no periods occur... today I checked urine test.. it is positive.. when to a doctor and had done a early pregnancy usg.. but no gestational sac is found on uterus and outside.. had done serum beta hcg.. value is 111... why nothing found on scanning even though pregnancy test is positive.. I'm attaching my scan reports

It will take 2 weeks time to see pregnancy on ultrasound. It's too early. Beta HCG level should be atleast 1500 iu ,so that pregnancy sac can be seen on transvaginal scan
