No cardiac Activity

In TVS - CRL measures 1.22 cms corresponding to 7 weeks 3 days. But no cardiac activity. Doctor suggest D&C. Is it possible for cardiac activity in next 1 week. Can I wait.

Though the chances of cardiac activity after 7 weeks is very rare but there is no harm in waiting for one more week if you are not bleeding.

Cardiac activity is visible around this time .you can wait for few days for repeat ultrasound.
