Sir/ Madam, Bowel clearance is happening by duration of week. Drinking hot water is also not working. I'm eating Dulcoflex when I feel heavy. I'm taking this tablet since 2 months. Pl suggest.

Did u try fibre diet?..exercises?...at least have a brisk walk in home... Warm water early in the morning on empty stomach helps If nothing works go for syrup cremaffin 10ml in the nights followed by water.. Review if symptoms persist
