It is too early to think about pregnancy. Please wait for the date of the next period. Pain in the nipple can be due to high Prolactin level which may result from sexual stimulation.

Get an ultrasound under find out the reason for the pain You will have to wait till 21st of January to find out if you are going to be pregnant or not
