Hi Doctor I'm having some discomfort in my right breast and also some nipple discharge Should I be concerned of breast cancer? Kindly advice

Would depend on colour of discharge, type of discharge. If you are very suspicious can get an ultrasound breast done to rule out any problem. Also would like to know if you gave any child birth in recent time
