Hello, What you're going through may be a diagnosable mental health concern. I'm saying may be, because the information here is insufficient to make a concrete diagnosis. It is however, appreciable your capacity in having managed your problem since 4 years. Your helplessness and frustration is understandable. It's recommended that you take immediate help from a trained psychotherapist near you. If there is none in your area, you can take help from someone who does therapy online. Please feel free to get in touch personally and someone from my office will guide you to a good therapist near you.

Hi, you seem to be going through a lot of negativity since far too long. Some times a stressor can cause it and some times t could also be due to biological reasons. Have you consulted any psychiatrist in these 4years? If not I think its high time you do and get started on medications. Along with that, please find a psychologist around you soon so that you can share your thoughts and also learn coping mechanisms.

You must consult psychologist for consultation. Thoughts need direction, cognitive behavior therapy is indicative.

Hi, from what you have described it seems you may be suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or Major Depression.  Please consult a Psychiatrist as soon as you can.  It is a treatable condition  and you can get much better  with  correct  diagnosis,  medication and treatment.  You will require  medication  for some time  and later counselling will help you.  Hope this helps,  All the Best!

Hi.. I can completely understand what you are going through and according to me you are a very strong person as you have been handling all of this on your own since so long. I can also sense a lot of guilt and self blame at your end, but as mentioned by you these thoughts are beyond your control so dont blame yourself as these thoughts seem to be the result of a psychological problem. The best thing to do is to  consult a mental health professional (psychiatrist and psychologist), trust me they can help you in sorting this problem out. You are not alone in this, so now instead of focusing on the problem let's focus on the solution and consult a professional immediately.
