I am diabetic patients and my blood sugar level is 157 but my underfoot front portion is paining and I couldn't walk and i am taking Gabapentin 300mg and methylcobalamin 500mcg but before 10 days i am taking RNERVE G 100 MG PAIN IS MODERATE PLS TELL ME WHICH ONE is better

There are better formulations. You should take gabapin NT . Symptoms would definitely get better

You really need to get yourself completely evaluated. Somebody at 28 years of age with neuropathic pain should not be satisfied with taking neural painkillers. Try to find the root cause!
