I have been prescribed both Neurobion Forte and Zincovit for general tiredness and muscle twitching and poor diet . What is the difference between the two and does neurobion forte cause yellow urine and is it safe to consume in such cases?

Neurobion is a b complex supplement does cause yellow urine due to pigment present Zincovit is a multivitamin which has b vitamins as well so I don’t understand why is nuerbion given separately Take for few days only and ask the DR when to stop
