Nerve in hand and leg- pain tremor numb

I have been having pain from lower back to right toe.. sometimes in both leg.. feeling disbalace b/w legs.. then after 2 month.. it started paining in right hand.. then tremors in both leg and now tremor in both hand (right more), sometimes numbness in right hand too.. had a checkup.. found low vitamin D - 48.. what to do. help

Okay...before treating I will ask you some more questions 1.how did the pain started...like after lifting something heavy or simply without reason? 2whhat Time in day..its more 3what medication you are taking ?
