My 70 days old ebf baby has constipation issue and has been passing smelly gas. We took him to paed and was suggested neopeptine 5 drops SOS when he starts crying due to stomach issue. I wanted to know how often it can be given? Is it safe at this age? Baby weighs 6kg and has 10+ pee count
