My wife thinks very much about anything. She has negative thoughts and think negatively about each thing. She care her daughter 4 yrs old and compare herself with her companions . Actually she wants to do job but bcz of children caring she tied up at home. So please give us advise what to do.

Seems like shr has gone negative due to stress or underlying conflict or insecurities. She needs to find time for herself to balance her life You can contact me or any psychologist for therapy and counselling online She will be in a better position then All the best
