Hi ,my wife has symptoms of pregnancy like no periods even after2 weeks delay ... but negative pregnancy test result ,tested thrice ... how to know if she really pregnant ??

Go and the sonograpghy gives clear picture of even other pelvic pathology which cause amenorrhoea
