Needle less/ Needle free root canal can be possible? Laser Root Canal is done without needle and what is the cost for 1 laser RCT? Thank you

A local anaesthetic injection needs to be given for anaesthesia before Root canal for a painless procedure, some clinicians practice acupuncture/acupressure techniques for anaesthesia whose authencity is questionable.  Since we do not use lasers for root canal, will not be able help you about its pricing.
