Need to reduce weight

My weight is increasing. Also am having hypothyroid and taking medication. But weight is increased 121 kg.. please suggest some weight reduction product so that atleast I can reduce till 30 kg. Am having prob in my right hyp so increasing weight creating pain

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight .
