I am planning for second baby and found below report BILATERAL OVARIES:- Right Ovary:- 30 × 20 × 25 mm: volume 7.8 cc. Left ovary :- 26 x 21 x 24 mm: volume 7.1 cc. Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echogenicity. No adnexal lesion or cyst seen. No free fluid is noted in pouch of Douglas. IMPRESSION: Bulky uterus with intramural fibroid. Can i get pregnant?

Your report is not very clear (blurred). You are planning for the second baby. Please go ahead and plan your baby. Don't delay it further because at present the size of the fibroid and the uterus are manageable. The fibroids are likely to become bigger with the passage of time and they may produce some symptoms. You can seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist.
