Hi I am 40 years old ..trying for second baby. Trying for last one year with MCB 69 supplement of folic acids. I read that some other supplements like coenzyme Q10 ,D3, omega 3 and other vitamins are required at this age of trying...please suggest such supplements Thanks

Hi there! You need to get your serum AMH levels and Ultrasound for Antral Follicular count done first as you’re trying to conceive at this age. Supplements would only help if these confirm your egg supply. Further treatment can be done accordingly with consultation. Best Wishes

The only supplement that you need before planning pregnancy is folic acid supplements which u are  already taking At age 40 you need a test called AMH to find out your fertility potential and treatment should be offered accordingly
