Need suggestion on tablet for CML

Taking treatment for CML in chronic phase from August 2015 with Imatinib 600mg. Last 2 years achieved deep response in RT PCR. August 2021 RT PCR value - 0.002. My doctor is suggesting to change to dasatinib to overcome skin colour change side effect. Kindly suggest on which tablet is best for me.

Dear user The CML is under control with Imatinib Tolerance is good If skin depigmentation is not bothersome , better to continue Imatinib
