Some children might not show normal shedding of milk teeth and might require the dentist to remove them to help the permanent teeth to take the same position.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist for removal of the milk teeth
Health Tips
If you delay, the permanent teeth will erupt or start growing behind the milk tooth resulting in crowding and irregular positioning of the permanent teeth. To correct this you would then need to go in for orthodontic treatment or braces.

Hello … It is perfectly fine to remove the deciduous teeth for the permanent ones to come when they are not falling out at there own at right time… You can get them extracted without worry and let the permanent one come to its place within no time. Take care. :)
