Fever along with body pain, headache, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea usually means a viral infection such as flu or a stomach bug. The eye swelling is worth getting checked too, since it could be from the infection or a mild allergic reaction. Most of this settles in 3 to 5 days with rest and fluids.
