No. Baby will not get this jaundice again. Now bilirubin will continuously go down. Actually baby has very high haemoglobin level when inside the uterus. It is required because oxygen level available to the baby is low. After birth baby starts breathing in the atmosphere where oxygen level is high. So that much of haemoglobin level is not required. So RBCs start getting destroyed and baby gets jaundice.
Once this jaundice comes down it will not rise again.
