Need help with the query
I am having a swollen clot type near my anus.i do afraid this as piles.first it was a small clot type & not painful but now it has increased in size n now painful.it also somewhat obstructs the anal opening.also I am feeling like constipation like issue & having hard time at bathroom.
Can I take it as piles only & Please suggest what can be best treatment for this

Perianal abscess: This is an infection that causes a painful, swollen lump near the anus. The pain often becomes more intense over time and may be accompanied by fever, chills, tiredness, or pus drainage. It usually needs prompt medical treatment.
Anal fissure or swollen skin tag: A small tear in the lining of the anus, often after passing hard stool, can cause severe pain during bowel movements and sometimes swelling around the area.
What you can do for now
While waiting to be seen by a doctor:
Take warm sitz baths for 15–20 minutes, 2–3 times a day to help relieve pain and swelling.
Avoid straining during bowel movements.
Drink plenty of water and eat fiber-rich foods, or consider a fiber supplement if appropriate.
If needed, an over-the-counter stool softener may help, but check with a doctor or pharmacist first.
Try to avoid prolonged sitting, especially on hard surfaces, and don't spend long periods on the toilet.

Or
External haemorrhoids ( pile)
In such cases, the more you put efforts to push stool, or the more hard the stool is, the more it's size and pain increases . So you should consider steps to soften your stool.
If you are seeing a color change or blackish discoloration it can be thrombosed pile, which mandates immediate management. Meet a general surgeon and get yourself examined and follow as advised.

Can be a small granuloma which may bleed or external haemorrhoids. You need to visit a doctor in order to confirm the diagnosis. Take precautionary measures like eat more fibre and drink fluids. If severe constipation take laxative.

Most probably External hemorrhoids or Abscess.
1. Sitz bath for 15-20 mins twice a day.
2. Anovate gel apply locally.
3. High Fibre diet and adequate water intake atleaast 2.5 L.
4. Syp lactose - 15ml before bedtime at night.

Hi, By your history it looks like you could have a thrombosed external hemorrhoids or could be an abscess. Kindly consult a General surgeon to get thoroughly examined and treated.

Take/do the following:
1. Sit on a tub of warm water (sitz tub available in Amazon) soaking your anus and buttocks, for 15-20 minutes, two to three times a day. Dry the anus with patting with towel. Do not rub.
2. Then apply Anosedyl or Proctosedyl cream over the swelling.
3. Take plenty of high fibre diet and water to keep your stool soft.
4. Take Venusmin tablet twice daily for 5 days.

This sounds like a thrombosed external haemorrhoid â a blood clot that forms in an external pile, causing a painful, firm, swollen lump near the anus. It can enlarge and become very painful. It's not dangerous but needs treatment.

It can be piles or fissures or both together .
By physical examination (or proctoscopic examination) have confirmed the right diagnosis by general surgeon .

May be haemorrhoids
If it is long term constipation
And see whether increase in size during the days of constipation
And also note for any bleeding per retum
If no fever then may not be abscess
Note whether it is reducible wen I push with Ur hand

So In view of Your Complain, it can be thrombosed external pile or prolapsed( coming out from inside ) pile. As you mention it is painless before and later got painful
