Hello, I am facing mild pain intermittently on my left breast since yesterday night and it's intermittent. I am on my periods as well. I am not sure if it's hormonal or concerning. Can someone please guide. Should I be worried or not ?

Pain and heaviness in bilateral breast and bit of sensitivity is quite common in ovulatory cycle. But pain in only one side, Breast needs to be checked clinically for any lump or cyst or any other pathology. So consult Online or please get yourself clinically checked by a gynaecologist.

In the absence of examination it is impossible to infer what is reason for the pain It is better to meet a doctor in person for examination or get an ultrasound done

No need  to worry, some feel such sensation. Do have fever, breast  redness  ect. Check for swelling  in breast. If any are there, please  get examined  by a Gynaecologist.
